With a level 2 charger, it takes 3 to 8 hours to fully charge an electric vehicle. This is perfect for EV owners to charge their vehicles overnight during low peak demand. Other facilities can also provide benefits to their employees and visitors to charge their EVs during work hours.

Level 2 charging requires 208V/240V AC voltage, which is the standard supply voltage for most commercial facilities or multi-unit household buildings. Compared to DC Fast charging, the complexity of design and development of level 2 charging infrastructure is much lower.
